• Hygiene & Sealed Goods Exception: Due to health protection and hygiene rules, consumable products (including RELOAD heating pods or sealed nicotine liquids) CANNOT be returned or refunded if the hygienic seal has been broken or unsealed after delivery.

• Hardware Inspection & Value Deduction: You may unpack and inspect SPACE hardware devices as you would in a retail store. If hardware is returned damaged or shows handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund reflecting any diminished value.

• Return Shipping Fees & Responsibility: Unless the product is faulty or misdescribed, you (the customer) are responsible for paying direct return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

• Refund Timelines & Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods back at our warehouse (or 14 days after you provide valid proof of return postage). Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

4. SPACE Hardware 365-Day Commercial Warranty

• Commercial Warranty: Registered MYRO SPACE devices come with a 365-Day Limited Commercial Warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of activation.

• Statutory Rights Preserved: This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, restrict, or replace, your statutory consumer rights under UK law regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

5. Payments and Pricing

• All prices listed for UK consumers include applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT).

• Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments. Orders will only be dispatched upon full payment confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in These Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
